I am Luana – a yoga and Pilates teacher, holistic health consultant and a passionate companion for people who want to bring more balance, strength and ease into their lives.

My own journey taught me early on how closely our physical, emotional, and mental well-being are interconnected. Movement alone is valuable, nutrition alone is important – but only the interplay of mindful practice, conscious living, and inner peace creates true transformation. Luanaholistic was born from precisely this conviction.

On my website and in my services, I combine yoga, Pilates, meditation, pranayama and holistic nutritional and health advice into a comprehensive concept that can support you on all levels.

yoga

In my yoga classes, you'll find a variety of yoga styles. From Hatha Yoga, calm and powerful, to Vinyasa, flowing and dynamic, to Yin Yoga, very calm and profound, as well as Yoga Nidra, the healing deep relaxation while lying down. My classes combine conscious movement, breathing exercises (pranayama), and soothing relaxation. They will give you strength, inner peace, and renewed energy.

Pilates

My Pilates classes focus on conscious and mindful training. Pilates is much more than just exercise; it's a holistic body training method that aims to harmonize body and mind. Pilates particularly strengthens the deep muscles. We focus on controlled, slow, and precise exercises, allowing you to become more aware of your body and build strength sustainably.

Nutritional advice

In my nutritional counseling, your well-being is my top priority. You won't find any fad diets here, because I firmly believe that our bodies need a little of everything. Strict deprivation isn't the answer for me. My approach isn't about deprivation, but rather conscious and healthy choices. With my 3-month nutritional transformation program, we'll work together to find a path to a healthy, balanced diet that's sustainable and enjoyable in the long run.
